## Description

We are looking for an Employee Storytelling & Content Manager to join our team at Zscaler. This is a Hybrid role based at our Santa Clara, CA HQ, reporting to the VP, Culture and Community in our People & Culture organization.

As an Employee Storytelling & Content Manager, you will own end-to-end delivery of P&C internal and external marketing campaigns that help us retain and attract top talent. You will translate employer brand strategy into channel-specific content across Slack, email, intranet, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Building and managing a content calendar aligned to hiring priorities and cultural moments

- Producing and hosting short-form video content end-to-end

- Serving as a brand steward across all touchpoints

- Partnering with the Employer Brand Lead and Internal Communications Manager to deliver cohesive programs

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- 5-7 years of experience in marketing communications, content marketing, employer branding, or a related field

- Proven track record of owning and delivering multi-channel marketing or employer brand campaigns

- Hands-on social media content creator experience

- End-to-end video production skills

- Strong brand management instincts

The base salary range for this full-time position is $108,500-$155,000 USD.
