## Description

We are looking for a student in Bachelors/Masters in Production or Project Management to join our Continuous Improvement team in Wavre, Belgium. As an intern, you will assist in aligning GPS standards with strategic initiatives, training and coaching team members, reviewing maturity progression, and providing feedback to improve the team's performance.

The internship will last for at least 4 months and is mandatory as part of your academic curriculum. Unfortunately, the internship is not remunerated, but certain expenses will be reimbursed.

In this role, you will:

- Ensure alignment of GPS standards with strategic initiatives

- Train and coach team members on GPS standards

- Review maturity progression and propose new steps for improvement

- Assist in implementing performance monitoring tools

- Provide feedback to improve team performance and behaviour

This internship will allow you to:

- Familiarize yourself with an industrial production system

- Get coached by CI team members and practice coaching on-site

- Use tools to increase process performance

- Work in a team and learn project management
