## Description

We are seeking a graduate to join our Sales, Trading and Structuring team at Barclays. As an analyst, you will participate in the day-to-day activities of the markets division, providing insights and expertise to help senior colleagues make informed decisions, develop new products and services, and identify new market opportunities.

Your accountabilities will include:

- Execution of small research projects and preparation of presentations and reports

- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives

- Participation in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

- Identification of opportunities and development of business cases for new products and services

- Management of client relationships and provision of customer service support

- Management of the development and implementation of financial models and strategies

As an analyst, you will be expected to:

- Perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard

- Demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge and experience in your assigned area of expertise

- Lead and supervise a team, guiding and supporting professional development

- Partner with other functions and business areas

- Take responsibility for end results of a team's operational processing and activities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop a solid understanding of the global markets while building your communication, quantitative and analytical skills. You will start your career as a salesperson or a trader on a specific desk in one of our business areas, including Client Capital Management, Client Strategy, Commodities, Credit, eFICC Trading, Equities, Equity Financing, Foreign Exchange, Municipals, Rates, Structuring.

We are looking for candidates who are pursuing an undergraduate degree with anticipated completion between December 2026 - June 2027, with a minimum GPA of 3.2, and an interest in business and finance.
