## Description

We are seeking a Housekeeper/Chamber Maid to join our team at the Mercure Granville Le Grand Large hotel in Granville, Normandy, France. The hotel is located in a beautiful setting and offers stunning views of the coastline.

As a Housekeeper/Chamber Maid, you will be responsible for:

- Preparing rooms and common areas

- Restocking the cleaning trolley and laundry cart with supplies

- Changing sheets, making beds, and replacing toilet linens

- Identifying and reporting any equipment malfunctions or damage to furniture and fixtures in the room

- Performing duties in accordance with quality standards and operational procedures defined by the brand and hotel management

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a housekeeper or chamber maid

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and hygiene

- Discretion and organisational skills

- Dynamic and efficient with a focus on customer satisfaction and well-being
