## Description

Welocalize, a Welo Global brand, serves localization teams through AI-enabled multilingual content solutions that enable enterprises to operate and scale globally.

We're looking for a native-level Hebrew speaker to join a confidential, large-scale AI and consumer technology programme for a major global technology and communications client. In this hands-on, on-site role, you'll evaluate a pre-release AI model in Hebrew and test how the product performs on a client-supplied device – a smartphone and a next-generation smart glass.

**Main Responsibilities**

- Review pre-release AI model output in Hebrew and assess its accuracy, naturalness, appropriateness, and overall quality.

- Test the Hebrew experience against the English one, confirming feature parity and checking the product handles non-Latin script, diacritics, right-to-left text, and mixed-language input correctly.

- Identify display problems and localization errors, writing up each issue clearly for developers to reproduce.

- Share your perspective as a native-level speaker on navigation, usability, and language-specific nuances.

- Work on-site in a private, secure area of the Welocalize office, supporting other linguistic projects as needed.

**Job Requirements**

- Native-level or fully bilingual Hebrew, written and spoken, with a current feel for everyday and technical language usage.

- Confidence with smartphones and laptops, comfortable moving between iOS and Android.

- Sharp eye for detail and fair, objective judgement when assessing quality.

- Ability to work independently, follow detailed test scripts and guidelines, and explain issues clearly in English.

- Previous experience in software or app testing, localization QA, or linguistic evaluation is a strong plus.
