## Description

Join our team in the M&S Café at Meadowhall, a busy store in Sheffield, as a Christmas Customer Assistant. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling customer orders and providing excellent service.

Your tasks will include:

- Taking and fulfilling orders efficiently using our digital tools

- Maintaining high food safety standards while managing orders and queues

- Delivering five-star service under pressure, focusing on quality and speed

- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture

- Adapting quickly to changing situations and priorities

As a Customer Assistant, you'll be a brand ambassador, recommending our food and drinks while ensuring the café runs smoothly. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

We're looking for someone who is digitally confident, efficient, and able to work well under pressure. If you're a team player who can adapt quickly and provide excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
