ICON is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to play a critical role in attracting top talent that drives innovation in healthcare and clinical research globally.

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will work closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to deliver world-class recruitment solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

- Partnering with business leaders to understand workforce needs and build tailored hiring strategies

- Owning the full recruitment lifecycle, from attraction and sourcing through to offer and onboarding

- Using recruitment metrics and market intelligence to drive smarter hiring decisions and continuous improvement

- Building and nurturing diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

- Delivering an outstanding candidate experience that reflects ICON's values and employer brand

- Championing innovative sourcing approaches, recruitment technology, and best practices

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Experience recruiting within healthcare, clinical research, pharmaceutical, biotech, or related industries

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge and advise

- Experience managing complex recruitment projects and multiple priorities

- A data-driven mindset with experience using ATS platforms and recruitment technologies

- A passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
