## Description

We are seeking a Developer for Repair Processes to join our team at AVL Tippelmann GmbH in München. As a developer, you will design and optimize repair processes for photolithographic masks and transfer new methods to robust and reproducible product solutions based on experimental analyses and high-resolution characterization methods.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop repair processes for photolithographic masks and investigate their physical-chemical mechanisms

- Plan, conduct, and evaluate experiments and optimize processes

- Use mass spectrometry, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and atomic force microscopy

- Transfer new methods to robust and reproducible product solutions and document, assess, and present results

- Collaborate with departments and support customer inquiries

**Requirements:**

- Degree in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, or a comparable natural or engineering science; PhD is an advantage

- Knowledge of surface science, surface chemistry, or gas-supported electron beam lithography

- Experience with high-resolution microscopic or spectroscopic methods

- Very good English language skills in writing and speaking
