## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Mexico City. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing accounts payable processes, strong analytical skills, and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

- Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment tracking

- Support month-end close processes and ensure accuracy of financial reporting

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain accurate historical records

- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

- Collaborate with the product team to develop features to improve the functionality of Jeeves's product

- Collaborate with external parties to provide information

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role

- Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks)

- Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel

- Deep understanding of accounts payable functions and procedures

- Experience with process improvement and system implementation projects

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
