## Description

As a Delivery Manager at NEXT's Antrim Outlet, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritise outstanding stock processing, stockroom organisation, and achieve performance targets. The role involves managing a team, demonstrating a hands-on approach to operational activities, creating an atmosphere that motivates and supports the team, ensuring smooth stockroom processes, and striving to make stock available to customers as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will be passionate about customers, people, and products, with experience in leading, coaching, and motivating a high-performing team. You will be a team player who works well in a results-driven, fast-paced environment, with excellent communication skills and the ability to problem-solve and make sound business decisions.

The role is part-time, with shifts including Tuesday 11:00 - 17:45, Thursday 11:00 - 17:45, and Friday 11:00 - 19:00. The salary is from £13,818.
