## Description

We are seeking a Senior Platform Manager, Community Experience Platform Products to join our Product Management team at Airbnb. As a Senior Platform Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of major experience platforms that power Airbnb's support experiences. You will work collaboratively across multiple cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class support experiences and platform capabilities.

A typical day will involve understanding the competitive landscape, challenging the status quo, influencing design and product marketing teams, defining success metrics, and prioritizing work based on stakeholder input. You will also maintain the product backlog and roadmap, partner with senior tech leads, and present product updates to leadership.

To succeed in this role, you should have 5+ years of product management or product design experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to appreciate and articulate great user experience. You should also be outcome-oriented, able to absorb technical concepts quickly, and experienced in working with partners beyond your immediate cross-functional team.

In terms of compensation, the base pay range for this role is $179,000-$207,000 USD. You will also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
