## Join Wolt as a Hungarian-speaking Support Associate!

We are seeking onsite student part-time Support Associates who can communicate fluently in Hungarian and English, both in writing and speaking. You will join our Support team for the Hungarian region in Budapest and support Wolt countries.

### What you'll be doing

- Assist customers, courier partners, and venues across multiple countries via live chat and phone.

- Help ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations.

- Work closely with the support team and other Wolt teams to continuously improve our service.

### What we're looking for

- You don't need previous customer service experience; we'll train you.

- You are a great fit if you:

- Communicate clearly, warmly, and with a customer-first mindset.

- Learn quickly, multitask with ease, and enjoy a fast-paced environment.

- Have availability and the right to work in Hungary.

- Can work minimum 30 hours per week as a student across different shift types.

- Have professional working proficiency in Hungarian and English.
