## Description

Ajax Systems is seeking a Technical Director to lead the development of its UK market. As a Technical Director, you will be responsible for growing a team of Technical Managers, implementing a comprehensive training program, and providing product feedback and requests.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and grow a team of Technical Managers in the UK

- Implement a comprehensive Ajax Systems training program for the UK market

- Provide product feedback and requests

- Introduce product roadmaps and new features for Ajax Systems distributors and installers

- Visit key customers as needed and promote product solutions

- Teach technical staff at Ajax Systems distributors and dealers to increase their knowledge of products and technology

- Test product features and write technical documentation for new products or solutions

- Analyze customer needs in collaboration with sales departments

- Create a vision and provide direction from your perspective

- Develop training materials/content for the Technical Sales Training Team

- Travel around 50% of the time

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience leading field-based technical teams, ideally in a customer-facing or partner ecosystem environment

- Industry background in alarm systems, video surveillance, security, telecommunications, or closely related fields

- Strong working knowledge of CCTV, intrusion systems, and fire alarm systems

- Proven hands-on experience in designing and installing video surveillance, fire alarm, or other security systems

- Experience delivering offline and online technical training to technical audiences

- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Flexible and willing to travel for business trips, trade shows, and other professional events

- Self-motivated and independent, with an outgoing personality and a proactive approach to work
