## Description

NVIDIA is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join its R&D team in Taiwan. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and improving mechanical systems and products.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead mechanical design of new products and systems using CAD software Creo to create 2D and 3D models.

- Conduct feasibility studies and design reviews to ensure product reliability and manufacturability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manufacturing personnel to integrate components into products.

- Propose and implement innovative solutions to mechanical challenges, reducing costs and enhancing product performance and quality.

- Plan and execute mechanical testing, analyzing test data to evaluate product quality and performance.

- Lead manufacturing personnel to investigate issue root causes, scheduling and conducting engineering validation in assembly lines.

- Manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously, coordinating with suppliers for procurement of mechanical components and setting manufacturing timelines.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in factory manufacturing and successful server product development.

- Fluent English (both written and spoken), with effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in PTC Creo design.

- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Server design experience.

- Fluent oral English and Mandarin.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and critical thinking.

- Good leadership and management skills.

- Willingness to travel to factories.
