As a Primary Care Sales Consultant - Striker, you will implement sales strategies for an approved Cardiorenal product, driving demand, clinical education, and sales by developing, coordinating, and executing a strategic business plan for Primary Care Physicians and Nephrologists in community settings.

**Responsibilities:**

- Build professional relationships with primary care, nephrology, endocrinology, and pharmacy staff within assigned customers.

- Drive utilisation of approved cardiovascular and menopause products.

- Leverage expertise and knowledge of diabetes and menopause marketplaces, competitors, and industry activities to anticipate and manage business opportunities and challenges.

- Provide strategic and tactical planning input to commercial colleagues.

- Develop and execute customer-specific business plans and communicate insights to internal stakeholders.

- Prioritise time and effort to ensure optimal coverage of physician specialists.

- Understand customers' product and business needs, meeting them while adhering to Bayer's ethics and compliance standards.

- Anticipate potential barriers to goal achievement and propose solutions.

- Handle customer objections effectively.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant sales experience.

- Proven track record of high performance in sales or relevant experience.

- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.

- Demonstrated leadership and fostering of an environment promoting ethical behaviour and compliance.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Advanced degree.

- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, particularly in primary care and specialty.

- In-depth knowledge of cardiovascular, diabetes, and/or menopause disease states.

- Product launch experience.

- Strong analytical and computer capabilities.

- Virtual sales experience.

**Compensation:**

- Salary range: $120,960 to $181,440.

- Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission.
