## Description

As the DRP Planning Manager, you will define the global strategy for Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) and strengthen DRP capabilities across processes, people, tools, and KPIs.

Key outcomes include finished goods availability, inventory days on hand, and planning efficiency.

You will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Responsibilities:

- Lead global DRP process strategy and continuous improvement across processes, people, tools, and KPIs

- Determine optimal network design by evaluating inventory, freight, and handling costs

- Coordinate with logistics on distribution center capacity, expected freight needs, and inbound and outbound distribution center volumes

- Oversee finished goods inventory management processes and track performance against inventory targets

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Engineering or Business

- Six (6) years of combined experience in supply chain, planning or inventory management

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience with Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP)

- Experience working with SAP and Kinaxis

- ASCM certification, such as CPIM or CSCP

- Strong financial acumen with the ability to connect operational decisions to business outcomes

- Strong proficiency in planning systems, master data management, and data analysis tools

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and change management skills

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional and global teams
