## Description

The Sales and Artistry Coordinator represents the authority in the industry through sales, education, and artistry for a large multi-retailer territory. This role is responsible for the effective and efficient operations of the Charlotte Tilbury account in both Department and Specialty stores.

As an ambassador for the Charlotte Tilbury brand, the Sales and Artistry Coordinator reflects the brand values with the Charlotte Tilbury 5 P's: Professional, Proactive, Passionate, Prescriptive, and Potential. The role aims to achieve optimal financial results by maximizing top-line sales potential and ensuring superior service to customers.

Key responsibilities include:

- Driving financial results in store to meet and exceed plan, including Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) such as Mix of Business (MOB), 0 + 12 Budget (Sales Plan), door ranking, and product ranking.

- Determining individual and team sales targets to meet and exceed plan.

- Communicating agreed targets and working with direct reports to identify and deliver sales objectives.

- Identifying and executing key and incremental Eventing opportunities to bring Tilbury theatre to the in-store experience to drive brand awareness and engagement.

- Inspiring and motivating CT door teams to drive sales via the 'Tilbury Touch' when the Sales and Artistry Coordinator is not in the door.

- Participating in regional meetings, team conference calls, and regular touch bases to share best practices and create solutions to address business needs.

- Analyzing business performance and proactively suggesting improvement opportunities through artistry, education, and operations.

Customer Service:

- Leading by example at all times to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service to drive brand awareness in the door.

- Identifying ways to improve Charlotte Tilbury service extending through retail employees via in-store support, training, and eventing.

- Managing customer queries, using sound judgment and a goal of achieving positive outcomes.

- Working collaboratively with the Education team to provide continuous, relevant, and effective training and development.

Team Development:

- Proactively anticipating staffing and support needs for driving sales.

- Creating a positive, cohesive, cooperative team culture in-store.

- Facilitating high-impact trainings that include key in-store Retailer trainings.

Operations:

- Implementing door development plans and scheduling support to address business growth needs.

- Ensuring that the counter is 'customer-ready' from open to close of business.

- Maintaining the required inventory levels and accurate stock files.

Store and Retail Partner Relationships:

- Establishing and developing a cooperative and mutually respectful relationship with the entire store team.

- Maximizing ROI by scheduling time in-store during peak business hours, including weekends.

- Building relationships that are meaningful through strong communication, reliability, and partnership.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of Beauty industry experience.

- 2+ years of Beauty retail management.

- Intermediate skills in MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.

- Ability to influence others.

- Excellent communicator, both written and oral.

- Demonstrated ability in creating sales strategy and consistently achieving sales plan.

- Demonstrated success in developing winning teams.

- Must possess strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.

- Must be able to create winning partnerships with retailers.
