## Description

We are seeking Trainee Lawyers (m/f/d) to support our Investment Funds team at our Berlin office.

As a Trainee Lawyer in our Investment Funds team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting and challenging projects, including structuring, setting up and ongoing support of international investment funds, and advising institutional investors such as insurance companies on their global investments in funds.

Key areas of focus:

- Regulated open and closed-end funds

- Regulatory advice for asset management and distribution units as well as institutional investors

- Transactions for institutional investors and M&A advice in the asset management sector

- Investments in tangible assets, classic financial instruments, securities and loans
