### Job Overview

As a Senior Product Manager, Business Accounts at Airwallex, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the product experience for business customers, focusing on accounts, transfers, FX, reporting, and Airwallex Pay.

### Responsibilities

- Own the product experience for Business Accounts across accounts, transfers, FX, reporting, and Airwallex Pay.

- Define the future of Business Accounts, integrating account management, money movement, payments, yield, and related financial services into an intuitive customer journey.

- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Product, Operations, and go-to-market teams to turn platform complexity into clear customer-facing workflows.

- Drive product decisions across account overview, transfers, activity and reporting, settings, alerts, and mobile experiences.

- Translate customer friction in complex financial operations into clear product priorities, roadmap decisions, and execution plans.

### Requirements

- 5+ years of product management experience in high-growth technology companies, ideally in fintech, payments, treasury, financial infrastructure, or complex B2B SaaS.

- Experience owning customer-facing product areas with meaningful UX complexity.

- Exceptional product judgment, strong customer empathy, and a passion for craftsmanship.

- Demonstrated ability to partner deeply with engineering teams on technically complex products.

- Experience working cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and operational stakeholders in fast-moving environments.

### Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in business accounts, treasury, transfers, FX, payments, wallets, or adjacent financial operations workflows.

- Experience leading products at the intersection of user experience and financial infrastructure.

- Familiarity with the challenges of unifying multiple financial capabilities into one clear customer experience.

- Experience building products for international businesses managing funds, payments, and reporting across currencies and markets.
