We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barback to join the team at Soho Roc House, Mykonos. You'll have at least 2 years of experience in busy, high-profile venues and a natural flair for first-class service. Your role is to ensure that our members have an amazing experience every time.

Responsibilities:

- Be a team player who communicates well with all colleagues

- Be punctual, reliable, and trustworthy

- Have a 'yes, yes, yes' mentality and a can-do attitude

- Have a genuine passion for food and beverage

- Work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance

- Be customer-oriented and friendly

- Pay attention to detail and work in a structured way
