At Wasatch Property Management, you will be a Community Manager, a dynamic and skilled leader responsible for achieving financial and operational goals at your property.

**Job Responsibilities:**

As a Community Manager, you will be fully accountable for all aspects of your property's operations. Your role involves:

- Driving financial performance and adapting to changing market conditions

- Ensuring resident satisfaction and retention

- Overseeing leasing administration and implementing effective strategies to achieve operational and leasing goals

- Spearheading maintenance initiatives

- Embodying the Wasatch brand and owner's mindset

- Cultivating an engaged and productive team while providing necessary resources and support

**Requirements:**

We are looking for someone with:

- Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible housing management or related experience

- Skill in planning, delegating, and coordinating the work of others

- Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to develop alternatives and implement effective strategies

- Knowledge of risk management and extensive knowledge of landlord, tenant, and rental housing laws

- Ability to lead staff and build a team atmosphere

- Strong organisational and time management skills

- Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask

- Creative and motivating personality

- Superior customer service skills and excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills

- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

**Benefits and Pay Range:**

The pay range for this position is $82,000 - 87,000 USD annually, depending on experience, plus monthly bonus potential. Benefits include:
