## Description

Opening. This role is for a PVT Engineer who will lead the Vehicle Engineering Variability Reduction Team for the Plant Vehicle Team (PVT).

## What you'll do

As a PVT Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing Internal Plant and External Customer Quality data for low time in service that affect to attribute performance (Bowler, Warranty, etc) to determine where to focus the VRT Quality team to implement fixes (Design, Supplier quality, Plant Process).

## What you need

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or higher.

## Skills

### Required
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or higher
- Production or Engineering background in Quality evaluation / improvement in automotive field, lean process
- Variability Reduction Teams (VRTs) Subsystem Experience
- Working knowledge of Quality Operating System (QOS) VOME Program
