## Description

The Director of GTM Strategy & Operations, MidLaw, will be responsible for driving the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and operations for the Mid Law customer segment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead initiatives to enhance customer success and leverage generative AI technologies

- Build and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances

- Map out customer lifecycles to identify key touchpoints and opportunities for engagement

- Develop and execute channel planning and GTM strategies to drive business growth

- Ensure that all channels are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed

- Oversee key initiatives and measure their impact on business objectives

- Optimize GTM systems, technology, and operational efficiency

- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities

- Lead market and customer research initiatives, including the State of Small Law Survey and thought leadership efforts

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 8 years of professional experience required

- 3+ years in a role requiring an analytical skillset and experience deriving insights from data

- 2+ years of direct or indirect leadership experience

- Experience presenting to executive audiences

- Experience working in a cross-functional team with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at an appropriate level

Preferred Qualifications:

- Adept in working with large and complex data sets and combining data from disparate sources

- Ability to lead, coordinate, and engage peers and advance both strategic and operational progress

- Action-oriented and self-motivated, able to prioritize and meet time-sensitive commitments

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong EQ

- Highly organized and detail oriented

- GTM experience and customer centric
