## Description

We are recruiting a part-time Breakfast Server for our Mercure hotel located in Granville.

The Mercure Granville Le Grand Large hotel is situated in a beautiful location, inspired by the childhood home of Christian Dior's friend. The hotel features 66 rooms, a meeting room, a fitness centre, and a beauty centre.

As a Breakfast Server, you will be responsible for:

- Setting up the breakfast buffet and dining area

- Welcoming guests and seating them

- Clearing and rearranging tables

- Dishwashing

- Restocking products

- Cleaning common areas and the buffet at the end of breakfast

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- A diploma in hospitality or catering (e.g. CAP, Bac Pro)

- Previous experience in a similar role

- Excellent customer service skills

- Organisational and dynamic approach
