## Description

As an At Your Service Supervisor at Marriott Hotels in Hong Kong, you will be responsible for answering and processing guest calls, requests, and concerns.

Your main duties will include:

- Handling guest calls, recording and resolving their requests or problems

- Following up on outstanding requests to ensure they are resolved

- Advising guests of any messages received and verifying billing adjustments

- Operating the telephone switchboard station and handling calls

- Assisting callers with various types of calls and providing directions and property information

- Logging guest requests and incidents into the computer system

Additionally, you will assist management in training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees, serve as a role model for your team, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have:

- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

- At least 1 year of related work experience

- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
