## Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Account Manager with a 'service first' mindset, based in Kraków or the surrounding area. As an Account Manager at Wolt, you will build strong partnerships and deliver great service. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting partners in leveraging marketing and growth solutions to maximise their business potential on the platform.

- Collaborating with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns with restaurant partners.

- Conducting regular business reviews, sharing performance insights, and building joint growth plans.

- Analysing operational and commercial metrics to identify trends and propose data-driven solutions.

- Leading discussions and negotiations around campaigns and marketing investments.

- Assisting partners in adopting new tools and best practices.

- Staying updated on local market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

- Solid experience in account management or a similar partner-facing role.

- Experience with performance metrics and marketing solutions is a plus.

- Strong relationship-building skills and fluency in Polish and English.

- Commercial awareness and comfort working in sales-driven environments.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics.

- Familiarity with tools like Looker or Power BI is a plus.

- Experience with CRM systems and a passion for food and restaurant development will be advantageous.

The starting total target compensation for this role will fall within the pay range of 11,150 zł - 13,938 zł PLN.
