## Description

As a Head of Retail Key Accounts at Red Bull Australia, you will lead and manage the Retail Key Account Team, driving business growth through strategic partnerships and sales excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve annual budgeting and forecasting targets

- Develop and deliver the annual Business Plan and agreed targets

- Agree strategic priorities for brand activation, category sales, and distribution

- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders

- Set and measure distribution, ranging, visibility, and perfect store targets

- Develop and implement pricing and promotion strategies

- Lead and manage the Retail Key Account Team

- Stay up-to-date with market intelligence and trends

- Ensure agreed service levels are met

- Drive collaboration with internal and third-party teams

- Implement continuous improvement plans and best practices

Requirements:

- 6-8 years' sales management experience in the Australian FMCG market

- Strong experience in FMCG Retail channel

- Advanced negotiation capabilities

- Strong technical sales skills: analysis, insights, category management, and forecasting

- FMCG field management experience

- Commitment to people management and development
