## Description

Ninja Van is seeking a Sales Assistant to join their team in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia.

As a Sales Assistant, you will be accountable for customer satisfaction and assisting customers with their requirements. You will follow best practices as determined by the Ninja Management and be a team player, working effectively with peers.

Key responsibilities include:

- Communicating effectively with customers and other teams to produce the best possible outcome for the company and its clients

- Using Ninja software to execute operations

- Assisting in gathering sales leads and closing prospects

- Assisting the Area Supervisor in managing the social media and Google account of the store

Requirements:

- Minimum qualifications: SPM, with relevant industry experience

- More than 1 year of experience working in retail stores

- Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage

- Proven success in being a team member of a fully functional team

- Hands-on work experience with a proven track record in reaching and exceeding goals

- Strategic thinker with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

- Effective verbal communication skills

- Own transportation required
