## Description

The Scrum Master and Project Manager leads the planning and delivery of technology-enabled Workplace Real Estate & Facilities (WREF) initiatives, using agile project delivery practices to drive timely, compliant and value-focused outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading end-to-end delivery of Tech WREF projects, applying agile methods within GSK's Project Management Framework and portfolio governance

- Managing project scope, backlog, and roadmap

- Coordinating cross-functional stakeholder and supplier management

- Identifying and managing project risks and issues

- Managing project budgets and forecasts

- Establishing project KPIs, cadence, and dashboards

- Promoting and coaching agile and lean delivery practices within Tech WREF teams and suppliers

- Maintaining robust project documentation

The ideal candidate will have:

- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business discipline

- 5+ years of experience working as a Technology Project Manager, Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or equivalent

- Experience delivering projects involving IT infrastructure, technology-enabled workplaces, offices, facilities, or related operational environments

- Experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders, technical teams, business users, external suppliers, and systems integrators

Preferred qualifications include:

- Professional project management or agile certification

- Experience managing workplace, real estate, facilities, relocation, refit, new-site, decommissioning, or office technology projects

- Working knowledge of networking, hosting, audiovisual technology, end-user technology, workplace systems, security/identity and access management, operational technology, or building technology
