## Description

We are seeking a Customer and Trading Manager to lead our convenience store in Enfield, Middlesex.

As a Customer and Trading Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, often being the only manager on site with accountability for the full shop.

Key responsibilities include:

- Working closely with a small team of managers to ensure the store runs smoothly every day

- Taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store

- Working alongside a team to complete all tasks, ensuring customers are served efficiently and safely

- Managing performance and capability, conducting disciplinaries, and ensuring scheduling and pay are accurate

- Helping another store occasionally, where we have close-knit networks of convenience stores

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Previous line management responsibilities in a fast-paced, operational environment

- Experience providing brilliant customer service and coaching a team to do the same

- Ability to deliver KPIs and other performance indicators

- Experience managing disciplinaries, performance issues, and other employee relations issues

- Operational leadership skills, with the ability to lead operations alone in the absence of more senior management
