## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager to join our team in the United States.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing business plans with distributor partners to drive sales growth and market share.

**Responsibilities**

- Lead the annual Business Planning process with distributor partners to ensure alignment with company priorities

- Manage annual volume plans and allocate trade funds and Point of Sale resources

- Conduct regular planning reviews to deliver against quantitative targets and KPIs

- Develop and maintain relationships with distributor partners and key stakeholders

- Analyze market and distributor performance data to generate insights and support tactics

- Implement the company's distributor selling model and manage Point of Sale orders

- Utilize tactical budgets to maximize ROI and manage independent trade programs

- Prioritize and implement regional and national Key Account programs

- Communicate regularly with Key Account Managers to ensure execution of priorities

- Bring the company's marketing mix to life by engaging distributor sales forces and leveraging available assets

**Requirements**

- 5+ years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, preferably in the beverage sector

- Experience in a Direct Store Delivery distribution environment is an advantage

- Proven track record of success in teaching, developing, and coaching others to sell effectively

- Ability to influence distributor decision-makers and key stakeholders

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

- Valid driver's license

- Bachelor's degree preferred

- Fluency in English, with additional language skills an advantage
