We are seeking a Seasonal Beauty Expert to join our team at Bursa Koru Park, Türkiye. As a Retail Artist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and showcasing our products.

About Your Role: You will be the face of our brand, working on the shop floor to empower customers to be their most beautiful selves. You will combine expert artistry skills with product knowledge and a passion for building lasting emotional connections.

Responsibilities:

- Work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs

- Build solid relationships with team members and management

- Champion the art of world-class artistry and customer experience

- Adapt your approach to activities, customers, and opportunities

- Follow company grooming standards

Requirements:

- Ideally an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy

- Experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in applying makeup and adapting to different customers' needs
