## Description

As a Manufacturing Production Supervisor at 3M in Little Rock, AR, you will lead on-shift activities for a crew in an assigned department, driving results in EHS, Quality, and Productivity that align with plant goals.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure a safe working environment through formal inspections, audits, and safety meetings

- Investigate incidents, solve problems, and conduct root cause analysis

- Provide effective communication to employees and direct supervision and development to production and hourly employees

- Plan and coordinate priorities, allocate work assignments, and regulate production processes

- Monitor production rates, yields, and product quality, providing feedback to employees and supervisors

- Lead or participate in Kaizen continuous improvement sessions and implement cost reduction programs

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution

- Five years of combined manufacturing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment

Preferred qualifications:

- Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution

- One year of supervisory or management experience

- One year of experience troubleshooting and problem-solving in a manufacturing environment

- One year of experience participating in Green Belt projects or having a Green Belt certification
