## Description

We are seeking a mobile FM Assistant (Cleaning) to join our Estates & Facilities Management Team at Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust. As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services across various sites within West Essex.

**Job Summary:** The successful candidate will have a full driving license and access to a car for travel to different sites. The role involves cleaning, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, and interacting with patients and staff.

**Main Duties:**

- Clean and maintain wards, areas, and equipment to a high standard

- Use and maintain cleaning materials, equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently

- Dispose of waste and recyclables correctly

- Assist with laundry services, including washing, drying, and finishing items

- Perform portering tasks, such as delivering pharmacy boxes, medical records, and supplies

- Maintain a clean and safe working environment

**Requirements:**

- Full driving license and access to a car

- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work as part of a team
