You will provide systems administrative support in areas such as:

- Active Directory

- System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)

- Exchange

- Information Security

- File Shares

- PKI

- Virus protection

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing services using on-premise hardware and performing regular hardware and software updates

- Installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of laptops, desktops, and Zero Clients

- Providing technical support and troubleshooting to Tier 1 & 2 support

- Delivering technical support to the Enterprise components as required

- Implementing system management tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP)

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of related experience, or Associate degree with 4 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience

- 2+ years in at least three of the following areas: VDI, Active Directory, SCCM, Exchange, Information Security, Desktop applications

- 2+ years configuration, troubleshooting, and maintaining Windows 11 Desktops

- Ability to support a 24x7x365 work schedule, shift work, and travel as required in support of customer initiatives when required

- Knowledge of Networking fundamentals

- Exposure to DoW Configuration Management, Information Assurance, and Systems Lifecycle Management processes

- Creating and updating lifecycle documentation as required

The likely salary range for this position is $64,230 - $80,500.
