As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate care to millions of patients every day. Your duties will include managing assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks, providing caring service that exceeds customer expectations, and maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Attention and focus to concentrate on tasks over a period of time

- Customer service orientation to actively look for ways to help people

- Communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues effectively

- Mathematical reasoning to solve problems, such as calculating day's supply of a prescription

- Problem resolution skills to judge when something is wrong and choose the best course of action

Physical demands of the job include:

- Remaining upright on feet for sustained periods

- Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks

- Picking, pinching, typing, or working primarily with fingers

- Extending hands and arms in any direction

- Bending, stooping, and lifting up to 30 lbs

Preferred qualifications include previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting, previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician, and PTCB National Certification.
