## Description

As Capital One grows its operations, servicing teams become increasingly important to drive scale, differentiated customer experience, and efficiencies. This role will support the Servicing Strategy team, within the Customer Service and Strategy Organization. Servicing Strategy supports all of the technology platforms within servicing as well as the future of servicing at Capital One, including the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI). In this role, you will manage financial performance and provide Servicing Strategy leadership with financial insights, directly influencing strategy, and driving business outcomes.

The role requires problem-solving, strategic thinking, and influencing skills in order to effectively:

- Articulate outcomes of analysis and relevant insights

- Critically evaluate broad option sets and present recommendations

- Work effectively under both open-ended and tight timelines

- Partner with leadership and business teams to assess the financial implications of ongoing efforts to grow the organization

- Develop presentations to communicate business and analysis results to senior leadership audiences

- Work comfortably in a fast-paced environment and get work done through others

General Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analysis

- Lead development of presentations to communicate analysis results to senior audiences, clearly articulating outcomes of analysis to leadership teams

- Accurately analyze and explain key cost drivers and monthly variances, suggesting actions to the business, and helping manage the regular reporting process

- Proactively identify and lead new analysis that drives additional insights into business performance and opportunities

- Partner with finance leaders and their teams, as well as other internal stakeholders

- Provide management and business clients with project statuses

- Work closely with the finance team to help identify areas and processes for driving efficiencies

- React to ad-hoc requests and special projects

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

- At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, or a combination

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field

- Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Master’s Degree in Finance

- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license

- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and financial modeling

- 3+ years of experience in financial services, banking, or technology industries

- 3+ years of experience partnering with senior leaders and internal stakeholders

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
