## Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate for one of our pharmaceutical clients based in Indianapolis, IN. This role offers opportunities for growth, skill development, and upward mobility within the client's organisation.

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform cycle counting and sticker/label application

- Construct coolers and prepare supplies

- Manage supplies and dispose of waste following GMP processes

- Stage materials for destruction and receive supplies

- Work on special projects and assist with Special Security Substances (SSS) inventories

**Requirements:**

- Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities

- Experience with inventory management, particularly in clinical trials or pharmaceuticals

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Attention to detail and ability to work independently

- Physical ability to operate forklifts and cherry pickers (with training)

- Ability to bend, lift 50 pounds, and stand for 8 hours daily

- High school diploma and basic computer skills

- Productivity with minimal supervision and proficiency in inventory software
