## Description

As a Medical Information Specialist at Pfizer, you will be responsible for providing professional support to customers in a designated area, including product academic promotion and customer professional support.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing timely and accurate professional support to customers within company policies and procedures

- Building partnerships with customers and effectively utilizing resources to achieve work goals

- Planning and organizing various academic conferences or activities

- Collecting market and customer feedback information through company management systems and other compliant channels, analyzing, and providing feedback and suggestions

- Maintaining effective communication with superiors, colleagues, and business partners from other departments

- Continuously improving professional knowledge and abilities under the guidance of superiors

- Executing new initiatives introduced by the company and exploring opportunities for innovation and optimization

Requirements:

- Education: University diploma or higher in medicine, pharmacy, or related fields, as required by the "Measures for the Management of Pharmaceutical Representatives" (including revisions)

- Skills: Proficient in MS Office, good English skills, strong communication and teamwork abilities, and a willingness to learn

- Experience: Priority consideration will be given to those with relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry

- Integrity: Ability to strictly manage one's behavior, ensure daily work complies with company policies, industry standards, and relevant laws, and maintain integrity and transparency
