We seek a passionate Healthcare Assistant for our Theatre at Ashtead Hospital. You will prioritize patient care, treating each as an individual.

**Job Responsibilities**

- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced theatre environment

- Work collaboratively with the theatre team to ensure smooth operations

- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

- Adapt to changing environments and priorities

- Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills

**Requirements**

- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care

- Ability to work under pressure

- Good communication skills

- Proven customer service skills

- Highly motivated

- Adaptable to changing environments

- Flexible with duties and hours
