As a Registered Nurse – Bank, you'll:

- Take responsibility for residents' well-being, leading a team of Senior Care Assistants and Care Assistants

- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans

- Monitor work areas to ensure safety and conformity to standards

- Deliver clinical guidance and mentor your care team

- Promote residents' independence, choice, and dignity

Required skills and qualifications:

- Valid NMC pin as a Registered Nurse

- Commitment to adhering to NMC Codes of Conduct and professional development

- Positive attitude and energy to encourage a supportive working environment

- Caring nature with a hands-on approach

- Effective communication skills

- Passion for coaching and guiding your team
