The Corporate Technical team is responsible for building and optimizing the many systems and internal technologies that enable Anduril to accomplish its mission.

We are seeking a highly skilled technical Cost and Receipt Accounting Systems Analyst with deep Oracle Cloud Fusion supply chain cost accounting experience to join the team.

In this role, you will be the primary technical architect and administrator for the financial "engine" of our supply chain. You will ensure that every physical movement in our factories translates into accurate financial data.

Responsibilities:

- System Configuration & Ownership: Act as the Lead Functional Analyst for Oracle Fusion Cost Management and Receipt Accounting, managing cost books, valuation methods, and accounting rules.

- Sub-ledger Reconciliation: Direct the technical resolution of variances between the Receipt Accounting sub-ledger and the General Ledger.

- Data Integrity & Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve stuck transactions, costing errors, and interface failures between CorpOS (ERP) and ArsenalOS (Manufacturing/Execution systems/WMS).

- Cost Accounting Optimization: Define and maintain cost elements, overhead allocation rules, and cost components to ensure accurate "Cost of Goods Sold" (COGS) reporting and inventory valuation.

- Compliance & Audit Support: Configure systems to meet DCAA and GAAP requirements.

- Release Management: Evaluate quarterly Oracle Fusion updates specifically for impact on costing flows.

- Process Engineering: Partner with Supply Chain and Manufacturing to ensure that physical receiving workflows trigger the correct technical accounting events in the ERP.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions at manufacturing companies.

- Deep understanding of Transactional Accounting, including Receipt Accruals, Landed Cost Management (LCM), and Work-in-Process (WIP) costing.

- Ability to write SQL queries to extract data for reconciliation and experience using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) for financial reporting.

- Familiarity with government contracting accounting (CAS, FAR, DCAA).

- Excellent business and technical communication skills.
