## Description

We are seeking a Captive Manager to join our insurance team in Solna, Sweden. As a Captive Manager, you will play a central role in managing and steering our captive insurance company, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and efficient risk management.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating insurance matters in daily operations

- Designing policy documents and instructions for insurance activities

- Handling internal and external reporting to the company's board and relevant authorities

- Supporting business areas in insurance matters related to operations, sales, and investments

- Managing and monitoring claims and reserves, analyzing premium and loss statistics, and issuing insurance certificates

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, economics, or law

- Several years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a similar role

- Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken

- Experience with industrial captives is an advantage
