## Description

The AI CoE team at Evernorth Health Services is seeking a Software Engineering Associate Advisor to work on the AI ecosystem. The role involves designing, implementing, and deploying scalable and efficient AI solutions with a focus on privacy, security, and fairness.

Key components of the role include:

- Building AI platforms leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and other Gen AI capabilities

- Designing solutions for portal integrations, enhancements, and automation requests

- Collaborating with business partners and IT team members to understand system requirements and deliver effective solutions within the Agile methodology

- Participating in all phases of the development and system support life cycle

Responsibilities:

- Build enterprise-grade AI solutions with a focus on privacy, security, and fairness

- Perform code reviews with scrum teams to approve for production deployment

- Conduct research to identify new solutions and methods to fulfill diverse and evolving business needs

- Establish, improve, and maintain proactive monitoring and management of supported assets

- Maintain a strong and collaborative relationship with delivery partners and business stakeholders

Requirements:

- 10+ years of total experience

- 7+ years of experience in backend development (Python and Cloud)

- 3+ years of experience in DevOps

- 2+ years of experience in developing Gen AI solutions and their integration with other systems

Skills:

- Back-end development skills: Python, Node.js, RESTful APIs, Flask, Fast API, GraphQL APIs, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB

- DevOps and Cloud skills: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, GitHub Actions, AWS or Azure

- AI and Machine Learning skills: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, GANs, VAEs, Transformers, spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers

- Additional skills: Git, version control workflows, agile methodologies, testing, and code review practices
