## Description

As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at TEKEVER, you will own the build-to-flight-ready sequence for AR3, AR3 EVO, and AR5 , assembly, integration, and production test, start to finish.

You will be one of the first engineers on the ground in Swindon, shaping the processes, standards, and ways of working for the UK production capability.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Designing assembly and integration sequencing for complex electro-mechanical builds

- Owning mechanical, electrical, and system integration steps in production

- Defining and owning functional and acceptance production test procedures

- Specifying test equipment and fixtures for repeatable production testing

- Leading troubleshooting of integration and production test issues

- Managing non-conformances during assembly and integration through to disposition

- Maintaining configuration control throughout production

- Leading tech transfer of build and test sequences from Portugal to Swindon

- Taking builds from engineering-development state into repeatable production

- Writing and owning work instructions and test procedures for your area

The ideal candidate will have:

- A track record of assembly process development for complex, multi-discipline products

- Direct experience with mechanical and electrical system integration

- Experience owning production test or acceptance test processes

- NPI and industrialisation experience, from development into repeatable production

- Strong working knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001 or equivalent

- Eligibility for UK SC clearance; BPSS eligibility from day one
