## Description

We are seeking a Field Training Manager to lead the education and development of store-based Managers and Artists in Spain and Portugal.

As a Field Training Manager, you will manage the education and development of store-based Managers and Artists through physical and virtual training, ensuring the Learning Management System is accurately managed.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and adapting the education approach based on commercial business needs

- Ensuring the brand ethos and purpose is represented to customers

- Leading by example with social advocacy

- Monitoring KPIs to gauge training impact and providing feedback to Field Sales Managers

- Collaborating with Field Sales Managers to define a training and development plan for the area

- Delivering high-quality virtual and physical training sessions

Requirements:

- Experience working within the beauty industry

- Proven experience in coaching to deliver high performance

- Clear, consistent and motivational communication style

- Excellent presentation skills and classroom delivery

- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how to build capability to drive growth

- Ability to identify training needs, learning outcomes and deliver content and coaching to meet these

- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player

- Positive approach

- Independent and proactive working style

- Fluent in local language (Spanish) and English
