## Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst Intern to join our team at HP Barcelona.

Before applying, please note that you must be currently enrolled at a university in Spain, remain enrolled until the end of the internship, and be eligible to sign an internship agreement with your university. You must also be available to start the internship in February 2027 and continue participating in the program until September 2027.

As a Business Analyst Intern, you will work within Supply Chain Services & Returns COE, turning new service ideas into reality. Your tasks will include:

- Analyzing operational and business performance data to identify issues and trends

- Working with owners across Supply Chain, Planning, Customer Support, and IT to resolve open issues

- Supporting the intake funnel for new service requests and assessing priorities

- Preparing status updates and dashboards for stakeholders

- Finding opportunities to simplify and automate workflows using tools like Power BI and Copilot/AI

To be eligible for this role, you must:

- Be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Supply Chain/Operations, or a related field

- Be fluent in English, both spoken and written

- Have technical skills in data analysis and AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar)

- Possess soft skills such as being deeply curious, analytical, and structured, with strong follow-through and clear communication
