## Description

We are seeking a Junior Account Manager Life or IARD for the PME segment in the South team. As a Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing the commercial portfolio of clients in the Liège region through cross-selling, additional sales, and attracting new clients. You will play a key role in the growth of our company.

You will have a strong commercial dynamic and a focus on results, offering excellent service to all stakeholders within a matrix structure.

You will have a first commercial experience in Life 2nd pillar or IARD, in the small and medium-sized enterprises segment with a broker, an insurance agent, or an insurance company.

**Responsibilities**

- You are responsible for a client portfolio and will further develop it.

- You are the first point of contact for clients with whom you maintain an excellent relationship.

- You will organize and supervise regular client visits and recommend the right insurance products to our clients based on their needs.

- You will actively prospect and focus on identifying and introducing new business opportunities.

- You are responsible for achieving commercial objectives, within a matrix structure, with department managers and commercial development officers.

**Requirements**

- You have at least a Bachelor's degree in an economic, legal, or insurance-related field (or equivalent through experience).

- You have a first commercial experience in the insurance sector.

- You are fluent in French (a good knowledge of Dutch is a plus).

- You can work autonomously but also excel in a team.

- You have a strong commercial vision, are a good communicator, and are result-oriented.

- You master MS Office 365.
