## Description

We are seeking a Payroll Support professional to join our team, providing technical support to clients using the Domain payroll modules. As a Payroll Support specialist, you will offer excellent technical service, resolve client issues, and promote continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide functional support via phone, ensuring clear, empathetic, and efficient service.

- Clarify doubts and guide clients effectively, promoting a positive experience.

- Focus on problem resolution and continuous service improvement.

- Understand client needs and direct them accordingly.

- Liaise with product teams to request adjustments and corrections.

- Promote Thomson Reuters values and behaviours.

- Stay up-to-date on payroll solutions and relevant legislation.

**Required Qualifications:**

- Reside in the Greater Curitiba area.

- Completed or ongoing degree in Accounting Sciences, Human Resources, Administration, or related fields.

- Experience in customer service.

- Ability to work with goals and focus on results.

- Adaptability to structured processes and organised routines.

- Good communication, empathy, and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in payroll.

- Familiarity with Domain Solution.
