## Description

The Novotel Paris Est Centre de Conférence, a major hotel in eastern Paris, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician (H/F) apprentice.

The hotel features 609 spacious rooms, 18 meeting rooms, an amphitheatre, a bar, and a restaurant, making it a unique venue.

**Job Summary** As a Maintenance Technician (H/F), you will contribute to the proper functioning of all technical equipment and installations throughout the hotel, ensuring customer safety and comfort.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Participate actively in providing customer comfort by adapting your interventions to their expectations

- Perform small-scale refurbishment work, follow the instruction manual, and handle unexpected issues

- Anticipate and remedy any technical installation malfunctions

- Implement corrective action plans provided by your supervisor

- Follow preventive and curative maintenance plans

- Adhere to water hygiene procedures

- Apply brand and hotel policies and procedures

- Embody the Heartist spirit in interactions with customers

**Additional Responsibilities**

- Familiarize yourself with hotel services and inform customers about them upon request

- Participate in energy consumption optimization

- Collaborate closely with other hotel departments

- Respect legionellosis and asbestos procedures

- Ensure your workspace cleanliness and proper functioning of provided equipment

- Know and apply safety protocols for people and assets

- Familiarize yourself with and implement the Planet21 program

- Ensure adherence to safety, fire safety, and evacuation instructions

**Requirements**

- Pursuing a higher education diploma in a technical or maintenance field

- Impeccable behaviour and embodiment of the brand's spirit

- Good knowledge of electricity, heating, and plumbing

- Ability to work effectively in a team and take initiative

- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and methodical approach

- Capacity to study, analyze, and interpret complex information to improve practices or develop new approaches
